While it would not hurt for everybody to do an anger management class, there are some people who had better do it. And the sooner they do an anger management class, the better for them.

When choosing an anger management class make your choice one that evaluates your skill levels before and after the course is taught.
What you can expect is that if you were at a level 10 for anger at the start, at the end of 2 months you can expect to be at level 8. This means that you should look for a 20% change in your skills and attitudes in a time period of 2 months or less.
