I can't seem to control my anger and it is begining to cause problems with my wife and family.

I have a two daughter and a four year old son, I am a stay at home dad during the summer and have a lot of projects on my plate. In the past my wife has told me that I get angry toward my son without reason. I have tried in the past to control it but it seems like it only makes me more angry. I love my family and want to try and preserve what I have. Please help.
